Connor Needs Prayers!

We got the news we had not expected, Connor's tumor has grown.

Today, we went to the MRI thinking they would be shocked and tell us the tumor had shrunk even more than before.  Instead, the doctors were shocked in a different way. 

They say the tumor has grown 25% since the last MRI two months ago.  This is bad for a lot of reasons.  First of all, that's quite a bit of growth in such a short time.  Second, it shouldn't be growing at all this soon after radiation.  Instead, the radiation should still be working which it appears it is not.

This means, we are now looking for an alternative treatment.  This will most likely include some sort of experimental chemo, but we just don't know yet.  The oncologist is shipping Connor's MRI out to everyone she can think of tonight and we hope to have more answers by tomorrow.

If anything, we were reminded today that once again we are not in control.  Please pray that God will lead us to what we need to do to help Connor.  I truly believe that God is not done with that little boy and He has many plans for him over many more years to come!!
